技术简介：	本项目在研究国内外城市ITS推进工作的基础上，结合多个国内城市的交通基础设施及交通信息化现状，提出了区域ITS体系框架和规划方案及实施方案。主要的研究成果包括：区域ITS框架的开发方法及开发步骤、ITS区域框架MS ACCESS数据库、ITS系统标准需求、区域ITS系统规划方法和评价体系。由于该规划方案详细论述ITS系统建设过程中各种重大的纲领性问题，因此对ITS系统长远发展起到指导和规范作用。 Description: This project puts forward ITS System Planning, Architecture Development and Application Schemes for Area, based on a study of ITS deployment home and abroad and foundational status of transportation and information constructions in domestic cities. The main production includes: Method and procedure of ITS Architecture Development, MS ACCESS Database for ITS Architecture, Standard Demand for ITS system, Evaluation System and Method of ITS System Planning for area. Because this project discusses the major problems in ITS constructions in detail, it will direct and regulate the long-term development of ITS system.
