技术简介：	湘西自治州境内含镁白云岩矿丰富，已探明储量600多万吨，预测远景储量达百亿吨。矿层厚度4.5-52.55米，最厚上百米，矿石含氧化镁18.67-21.59%。湘西金属镁厂现有金属镁生产规模1500吨，随着市场结构的变化，近期该厂与中南工业大学合作开发镁基系列合金产品，产品主要用于汽车工业、林业机械、电动工具以及航空和航海工业等方面，其中80%用于汽车工业。随着我国汽车工业的发展，对镁基系列合金产品的需求量逐年增大，市场前景广阔。该项目实施后，可实现年销售收入1200万美元，年创利税300万美元，投资回收期4年（含建设期2年）。 Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has abundant dolomite ore. It contains 18.67-21.59% of magnesium. The approvedReserve is 6 million tons and prospective reserve is forecast to reach 10 billion tons. The ore bed is 4.5-52.55 meters thick ,with the thickest place exceeding 100 meters. Xiangxi Magnesium Metal Plant possesses production capacity of 1,500 tons of magnesium metal, and has developedMagnesium serial alloy products jointly with University of Central and South China recently. The products are mainly used in automobiles, forestry machines, electric toys and navigation. With the development of automobile industry in our country, there is an increasing demand for magnesium alloy. So the project has vast market potentials. After put into operation, it will realize US$ 12 million of annual sales income, and 3 million of profit and tax. The payback period will be 4 years(including 2 years of construction period).
