湘西自治州洗溪磷矿创建于1965年，为中型化工企业。目前拥有原矿开采15万吨/年，重介质选矿10万吨/年，该矿为了适应市场经济，根据饲料工业迅速发展及对饲料磷酸氢钙的需求，扩建一套3万吨/年磷酸氢钙装置。该项目采用国内开发成功的先进技术，磷精矿脱镁、改性萃取磷酸、磷酸精制脱氟、二段中和流程，技术先进、稳妥可靠。该项目新建一套3万吨/年磷酸氢钙装置，投资总额为950万美元，年产值762.5万美元，利税220万美元，投资利润率14.97%，投资利税率21.02%，投资收益率19.78%，投资回收期6.14年（含建设期），赢亏平衡点0.4789。以上各项经济指标显示该项目经济效益良好，是一项投资少，收效快的好项目。
Founded in 1995, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Xixi Phosphorus Mine is a middle-scale chemical enterprise. Presently, it has the capacity of 150 thousand tons peryear ore mining, 100 thousand tons per year heavy medium phosphate fertilizer. With the rapid development of forage industry and the increasing demand for hydrogen calcium phosphate, we intend to build a set of equipments of 30,000t/a hydrogen calcium phosphate. The project adopts the advanced and reliable technology with phosphorus fine mine demagnesiumation, modified extraction of phosphorus,refining phosphorus to defluorination and the second stageneutralization. The total investment will be 9.5 million US dollars, profits rate 14.97%,profits and tax rate 21.02%,inceome rate 19.87%, payoff period 6.14 years(including construction period), balance point of profit and loss 0.4789. The economic indexes show that isa project with small investment and quick profits.
