纳米级氧化锌是湖南省湘西州外贸化工厂和吉首大学生命科学与化学学院自1999年初联合开发的一种新型纳米材料,经XRD和TEM检测,粒子尺寸在6-12uu之间,产品等级已经达到世界先进水平。由于纳米级氧化锌具极细的晶粒,因此,表面效应、骨积效应和宏观隧道效应都比较明显,在催化、光学、磁性、力学等方面具有特异功能,如果用在化妆品上可反射90%以上的紫外线。在陶瓷、化工、电子、光学、生物、医药等许多方面都有重要的应用价值,前景非常广泛。该项目年产值3000万美元,年利润750万美元,年税收300万美元,投资回收期1.5年。 Nanometer zinc oxide is a kind of new material jointly developed by Foreign Trade Plant of Xiangxi AUTONOMOUS Prefecture and Jishou University in 1999. XRD and TEM tests show the size of its particle is 6-12 Nanometer, and the products reach the advanced international standard. Owing to the super tiny particle, nanometer zinc oxide features clear surface effect, volume effect and macro-channel effect,and has special function in catalysis, optics, magnetism, dynam etc. If used in cosmetic, it can reflect 90% or more ultraviolet radiation. It also has important value in such sectors as ceramics, chemical, electronics, optics, biology, and medicine. The project enjoys vast market potential. It is expected to realize annual output value of US$ 30 million, annual profit of US$ 7.5 million,and annual tax of US$ 3million. The payback period will be one year.
