超高分子量PE管材的主要原料是粘均分子量在100万以上的聚乙烯,该材料具有优异的耐磨损、抗冲击、耐低温、自润滑、耐腐蚀及耐老化等性能。本项目的大型超高分子量聚乙烯管材。作为物料输送管件,使用寿命和使用性能远胜于钢管,且质轻价廉,可广泛应用于矿山、冶金、电力、水利、煤炭及石油等大型工程建设和企业生产中。如河道疏浚等,每年最少需250km,参照钢管的平均价格1500元/m计,价值达3.75亿元;火力发电厂的粉煤灰水力输送管道,按我国每年新增火电容量计,总量在160km以上,产值近1亿元。此外,矿山、冶金行业的料浆及尾矿输送管、煤炭行业的输煤管道需求量将超过数千里,具有巨大的市场前景,目前大口径管生产国内尚属空白。 The material for UHMW-PE pipe is ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene with more than one million average molecular weight. Its abrasion resistance, impact resistance energy absorption, low temperature resistance, stress cracking resistance and so on are all excellent.The produced large diameter pipe as transportation pipe is much better than steel pipe. With its long wring period, good characteristics and low cost, it can be widely need in the mining, metallurgy, electrical power, hydropower, coal and petroleum industry, such as far river clean. It is need at least 250km, which costs RMB 0.37 billion yuan.We intend to produce Φ500 pipe 15km. It needs RMB 8.6 billion yuan deposition, production value of RMB 22.5 million, recovery period 1.15 year, interest rate on investment 87%.
