本项目采用新合金设计和等离子喷涂技术,发明了新一代高温耐磨合金和复合耐磨涂层材料,应用于制造轧钢关键耐磨部件。两类材料与传统产品相比,分别提高使用寿命40%和4倍。通过本项目实施,达到替代进口、降低成本、提高轧钢生产效率的目的。已受理两项发明专利,经专家评审,技术达国际领先水平。 This project adopts new alloy design and plasma spraying technology. The invented new temperature wearable alloy and wearable coating material are utilized in manufacturing steel rolling key wearable parts. Compared with traditional products, above-mentioned two materials have improved usage life. This project aims at taking the place of improt, reducing the cost and increasing productivity of steel rolling. We have owned two items of invention paten. After expert’s approval the technology has reached international lead level.
