    1.超精密加工机床加工样件:
    所展示的通过超精密加工机床所加工的超精密加工样件,是指机床的关键部件精度等级
    在亚微米至纳米级,如我所生产的超精密球面镜加工机床、超精密镜面铣床等产品并利用专
    用刀具可进行镜面或光学表面加工的设备。超精密加工样件是用超精密机床直接车削或铣
    削,不经过其它工艺处理的实物,表面粗糙度为Ra0.025~0.001?m。
    该产品目前在我国可突出代表并表明金属加工的高精度水平和技术实力,并先后为国内
    航天、航空、激光等尖端部门提供了装备。目前,投入市场的相关产品已接近或达到了世界
    领先水平。
    2.滚珠丝杠副:
    目前,我所生产的滚珠丝杠副有精密型、微型、大导程型、高速型等产品。其具有省能
    增力,高效率、高精度、高刚度等特点,可广泛应用于机械、航天航空、核工业等领域。可
    进行精密定位、精密导向、精密分度以及对CNC指令快速反应,其传动的同步性、可逆性等功能,也是推进我国数控机床和机电一体化产业发展的关键配套件。其中微型滚珠丝杠副项目是受我国某空空导弹研究院委托研制的最先进的关键传动部件。在2002年通过了国防工业有关部门鉴定并获得专家及使用单位认定。同时,打破了国外封锁,填补了国内技术空白,创造了数百万元效益,为国防事业做出了贡献。
    1.Samples by ultra-precision machine tool
    Ultra-precision machine tool means that the precision grade of the key components is
    between sub micron and nanometer, on which mirror or optical surface can be gotten by special
    cutting tool. Ultra-precision samples are the certain objects, which are directly turned or milled by
    ultra-precision machine tool without any other technological process. The surface roughness of
    them is between Ra0.025-0.001?m. The present ultra-precision machine technology is at the
    leading level in our country. It has provided equipments and technology for our space and aviation
    industry, national defence, and some peak industries.
    2. Micro ball screw units
    This project is to research the ball screw units, which are the key transmission parts of the
    most advanced air-air guided missile under the commission of a certain institute. Because of the
    strict requirement to the service condition and environment of the guided missile, ball screw units
    are required to be normally utilized under different kinds of adverse circumstances. The degree of
    research difficulty is so high that there is no precedent at home.
    After a vast amount of investigation that institute finally decided to cooperate with us.
    Against the constantly improvement of guided missile and the special requirement of various
    types, the project has been going on for 5 years. We both sides will continue a long-term
    cooperation in the future.
    This project passed the subject appraisal and got favorable comment by the national defence
    responsible organization in 2002.
    The success of this project broke the monopoly abroad and filled the domestic gaps. Besides, it
    created great economic benefits for our institute and made important contribution defence
    undertaking.
